Massimiliano will devote to cakes and pastry tradition, while Riccardo will leave you fascinated in particular by chocolate. This love will bring the brothers to found in Lunardi 2002 La Molina, artisan chocolate company, which quickly established itself in Italy and in the world as a high-quality chocolate. But not content in 2014 decided to create a brand that brings their name, and here comes Brothers Lunardi.
Following the tradition of Tuscany Brothers Lunardi produce Cantucci using raw materials of high quality, only organic flour and fresh eggs from hens. The idea is to produce a biscuit greedy, tender suitable for any time of the day. Seven tastes for seven pleasures…a corner with the heart!

Nook Almond: the classical tradition in Tuscany, recipe revisited adding the butter to obtain a biscuit more friable, that could be enjoyed at any time of the day, without necessarily having to be softened with vin santo.
Nook chocolate: is the King of the collection of Biscotti because it was the first taste different from traditional almond that has collected a unanimous consent. With her big pieces lends itself to be a perfect dessert to enjoy alone, or accompanied by a dollop of cream.
Nook chocolate and orange: small pieces of dark chocolate and candied orange.
Muesli: thought biscuit for breakfast and snacks, with coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and sunflower, banks rosso, raisins of Corinth, tender apricot and oatmeal.
