In the town of Piombino 1 June comes a very special event: the Festival Pulp (Now in its second edition). Chefs Network Showcase Tuscany guide visitors through recipes and flavors to discover the most delicious clam sea. In the streets of downtown, from 16 to 20, ci saranno cooking show, tastings, workshops for children, photographic exhibition: all in the name of the octopus.
In Piazza Verdi, from 17 to 18, cooking show with a chef and a student of the Institute Showcase Tuscany Hotel Einaudi Ceccherelli that will cook live. In Piazza Gramsci delicacies by the workshops of Tuscany Showcase. In Piazza Verdi, from 18 to 19, tastings by the restaurants of the network: the octopus in the couscous spiced octopus, passing the octopus in zucchini cream curry with toasted bread cubes with rosemary, the chefs will give space to the imagination in the kitchen.
