The new “diablotin” products Venchi, master chocolatiers, macarons are delicious chocolate filled with vanilla cream, cacao extra, coffee, piedmont hazelnut or pistachio salty. Wrapped in cream, a crispy pill heart cocoa.
The term is attributed to diablotin Cagliostro who used pills pack of chocolate to which ascribed aphrodisiac and renewing youth.
In fact, before the invention of the molds to make the chocolates, the chocolate was melted in a double boiler and, just melted, was poured coarse on a marble slab.
