THE SEDUCTION OF WINE CIU CIU IN COURT IN MILAN

A Chic Summer happenings at the school that organized Food Genius Academy non Milano, Wednesday 16 July; a wine tasting event and Chou Chou cooking show held by sommelier Luca Gardini and by Chef Ambra Romani.
During the evening I met important personalities of critics and the food and wine journalism, as well as buyers of the wine industry and food, and special guests from the worlds of fashion and entertainment as Jo Ring and Enzo Iacchetti. I also got to know an interesting guy, Framework.
He introduced me to his cellar “HERE” in Milan in Via Spallanzani. He told me that thanks to multimedia displays HiCellar won the Formula Innovative its twenty-first edition of the Gambero Rosso guide Milan 2014. But be careful, is a wine DOC: Denomination of Origin Shared. It made me smile when I read it on your business card, along with other goodies that I found very original!
But back to the enchanting fable Chou Chou. The first thing that strikes me [guilty of professional deformation] is: “Furrows. Roots. Dreams”. The payoff of the company. Furrows: something very profound. Roots: family, the land of origine. Dreams: touching the sky with a finger. The winery biological Chou Chou born in the heart of the hills of Piceno, Offida (AP), in the production of Rosso Piceno Superiore, and extends over 130 ha. It was founded in 1970 and today is run by brothers Walter and Massimiliano Bartolomei. Their wines are an authentic expression of the commitment and tradition of wine company, result of research and quality in the vineyard and in the cellar, but also of a natural ecosystem quality wine with a "terroir" (microclimate, soil and subsoil) one and only, irreplaceable.

I particularly remember a pleasant shared appreciation for the indigenous grapes of Marches Passerina and Pecorino - white Lace DOCG Offida Pecorino, Arbinus Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi PDO classic, and Evoè Passerina Brands PGI - but also for the red Esperanto Offida DOC Red and Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, Bacchus Piceno DOP, and for the bubbles, Brut sparkling wine Merlettaie.
Chou Chou creates an assonance with “cic tu cic”, Italianate way of saying that that has to do with intimacy, the familiarity and the desire to relate between people and the environment in a friendly and intense. This Chou Chou the summer evening in the company of fine wine and passionate people. The time has stopped, and Chou Chou told me his story.
