Hood By Air is the Pitti Special Guest

Hood By Air, luxury brand created by Shayne Oliver in 2006 and based in New York, will be the Pitti Special Guest January 2015. Hood By Air (HBA) will make a special event during Pitti Man, scheduled for Wednesday 14 January 2015 pm 21.00, in the picturesque setting of Villa Maiano.
“Since their first event in which I participated, two years ago, I am impressed by the creative process developed by the team of HBA - Says Lapo Cianchi, director of communications and events of Pitti Immagine - and the unique way of making every collection, however, great attention to stylistic detail, a strong statement on the concepts of gender, social class, power and beauty. Multidisciplinary research, the roots well anchored in the underground cultures and unpredictability of certain solutions are reflected in their fashion show, where performance, music and product are defined mutually. We expect a nice chemistry from their encounter with a city like Florence”.
