“Tartufile” Fattoria Dianella

Return to the annual meeting of Tartufile to be held Friday 14 November next in Fattoria Dianella. Tartufile is the official preview National Exhibition of the White Truffle of San Miniato but it is above all a symbol of a territory that still puts in first place the man and his needs.
Even this year's auction will lots of precious white truffle of San Miniato and the proceeds donated to FILE Italian Fondazione di Leniterapia (http://www.leniterapia.it/) who work at home to support patients and their families.
The auction will be beaten as usual by that Massimo Bartolozzi, this year for the first time, will busy, than that on the front of the nose, also on the chocolate. With the special participation of Guido Gobino the evening it, will be put up for auction a creation of the artisan chocolatier.
Guests during the evening can enjoy other delicacies produced exclusively for Tartufile by Guido Gobino and talk with him and get to know more about the history and manufacture of chocolate.
Il buffet, that will be set up in the cellars, will open with a vinaigrette of organic vegetables offered by Farm and Armor will be edited by Fabio Gelli and the brigade C'Risiamo Cafe Empoli: a menu designed to emphasize the colors and scents of autumn in Tuscany. It starts of course with butter noodles that can be enriched, on demand, from grated truffle, then move on to a pumpkin soup and close with truffled turkey.
