Within AltaRomAltaModa January 2015 Sample "A Century of Forms-Hat Made in Italy"Of Patrizia Fabri for Antica Manifattura Cappelli. The oldest Roman workshop of hats that have received recognition for Historical Shop by the City of Rome.
An imaginary journey,in a century of women's fashion, retraced and narrated by wooden forms, riginario nucleus of each headdress. The installation, under the artistic direction of production designer Paki Meduri, conjugates, in dialogue exciting and tight, past and present.
The hat, precisely because worn in the most important point of the body, head, is the keystone of the harmony of the whole game of volumes put women.
In an ideal catwalk small wooden forms for cloche '20s, bizarre for hats surrealists' 30s, low and style for men to wear hats balanced on their heads to the '40s. Geometric pagodas for sophisticated hats to match the clothes by Christian Dior of the 50s and then swollen toque hat that can contain cotonatissimi hair 60s, "Pamele" from large aquifers for straw hats that represent the challenge of the '70s, while balanced forms and fake etiquette speak opulence of the 80s, up to volumes bizarre and impossible useful to the realization of hats to wear only in the parade of the 90 that mark the decline of the daily use of the hat, to reach the conclusion in contemporary forms such as the shape of giant pagoda made to build a hat designed by Roberto Capucci in 2010.
