La mostra celebra Renato Mambor, una dei protagonisti della Scuola di Piazza del Popolo, con una mostra di più di trenta opere dedicate al teatro, a cui l’artista si è dedicato dalla fine degli anni Sessanta alla fine degli anni Ottanta. L’esposizione rientra nel programma “maestri del contemporaneo” – artisti della seconda metà del XX secolo – sviluppato dal Museo negli ultimi due anni.

In mostra Esecuzione, doppia video-installazione in cui i fratelli De Serio, partendo dal loro essere gemelli e quindi dal paradosso dell’essere allo stesso tempo soli e inevitabilmente legati, mettono per la prima volta in gioco se stessi indagando il tema dell’identità, attraverso un linguaggio ibrido, tra messa in scena e performance.
