Mark this new address in your diary as it is worth a visit: Infinito Barberino. This is a new refreshment area inaugurated a few months ago, right in the heart of Mugello a few steps from the outlet. A place that you would never expect to find and therefore you absolutely must know. Because? Now I'll explain the strengths that make it unique compared to the restaurant offer in the area. Let's start by telling you that Infinito Barberino is owned by Impianti Italia SRL, company based in Naples, which deals with the distribution and sale of fuels. For some years the company has invested in alternative and sustainable energy sources, particularly in the installation of solar panels for the production of electricity. The Infinito Barberino project places respect for the environment and the use of alternative sources at its center to guarantee quality comfort for the customer with the creation of a virtuous circle between people and resources. The entire structure is powered by electricity supported by a photovoltaic system with electricity storage from batteries and a solar thermal system. Infinito Barberino occupies an area of approximately 700 m2 and is divided into three areas: Bistrot café, Pizzeria, Ristorante. Each area has a different menu: from Neapolitan pizza to Patanegra ham, from Genoese pasta to buffalo mozzarella, from steak to puff pastry. Its interior was treated down to the smallest details by the ABA studio in Arezzo. A natural element was used for both the interior and exterior: il legno. The restaurant rooms, like those of the pizzeria and the bistro, they feature tables, seats and wooden paneling, material that is found as a decorative element, and not only, also for the outside.

Infinito Barberino focuses on catering with top-quality raw materials and zero-mile products, like the same oil that is used for the preparation of dishes. Currently the restaurant is not yet operational but the chef will soon Antonio Cornacchia will amaze you with its Neapolitan and Tuscan cuisine interpreted with an innovative spirit without ever distorting tradition. While today you can taste the pizza of Dario Lucarelli with a fragrant mixture and calibrated flavours. As well as the crunchy flatbreads filled with carefully selected cured meats and cheeses (there is no shortage of vegan versions).

The Bistrot is an excellent compromise where the cold cuts platters are accompanied by a wine and champagne list. Stopping at Infinito Barberino means taking a journey into the gastronomic heritage of our country with the productive excellences that make Italian cuisine loved all over the world. But what is that something that makes this place even more precious?? Its exterior. The owner's desire is to carry out a truly green operation to make the area a green oasis. The hill, adjacent to the back of the pizzeria, it will change its face with the planting of a vineyard and shade and fruit trees all around.

A small amphitheater will be built which can act as a launching pad for novice and non-novice artists, creating jam sessions or for specific events such as fashion shows. The idea is to create a place dedicated to moments of aggregation and children's play in an eco-friendly and cutting-edge way. The vegetable gardens for the production of 0 km vegetables to be used for the preparation of one's own dishes could not be missing.

Infinito Barberino it is not just a refreshment point but a place dedicated to relaxation with excellent food capable of offering a truly surprising experience.
All you have to do is try!
