The Food Journalism Festival, The Food Journalism Festival, will take placeTuesday 31 The Food Journalism Festival 2022, a Torino, in the spaces of the Lingotto Congress Center.
After the Festival of 2021, held largely via streaming for security reasons, one of the objectives of this seventh edition will be to reopen the doors in the presence of a wider audience of journalists, blogger, comunicatori, workers, interested in learning more about the food world and outlining together the possible new scenarios that we will observe at the autumn restart.
At the center of the Festival, as usual, there will be a debate on food information after the pandemic, when phenomena and trends already underway after two and a half years of emergency will become normal and structured.
“In recent years, the world of food has not stood still. Science has moved, the search began, The distribution of food and our way of shopping is changing. –Massimiliano Borgia explains, Director of the Food Journalism Festival – Food information has followed the changes in our way of thinking about health, to think about the environment, to think about conviviality. We have already glimpsed this post-Covid world in the edition 2021 which took place in September. At the end of May, we will listen to the research, the analyses, opinions to understand what the world of food awaits us when the economy restarts and the pandemic will no longer be a topic for journalists but a matter for historians."
