Thesis Prize at the Made in Italy

The Florence Centre for Italian Fashion, non-profit association, formed in 1954 with the objective to promote and internationalize the Italian fashion system, This year also choose to enhance the talent of young graduates who have developed theses on topics relevant to the success of the made in Italy in the fashion industry, providing a scholarship of the value of 3.000 within the euro Degree Awards sponsored by the Leonardo Committee.
The Leonardo Committee, presieduto Luisa Todini, was born in 1993 at the joint initiative of the Sen. Sergio Pininfarina and Sen. Gianni Agnelli, Confindustria, ICE and a group of entrepreneurs with the aim of promoting Italy as a country system through various initiatives, times to put in relief the qualities of entrepreneurship, artistic creativity, refinement and culture which is reflected in its products and in its style of life.

The Prize “Alfredo Canessa”, entitled to the immediate past president of the Florence Centre for Italian Fashion, reaches its 7th edition.
They will join all those who have developed a thesis degree (new order) pertaining to the subject of the notice, in possession of a qualification obtained after 01/01/2011 or final work of schools or academies of fashion with three-year or four-year.
To participate you will need to submit the form for the competition, together with research in electronic format and a short summary of it, to the General Secretariat of the Leonardo Committee, your Liszt 21 – 00144 Rome (such. 0659927990 – segreteria@comitatoleonardo.it) no later than the 31 October 2014.
The award ceremony will take place at the Quirinal at the ceremony of transfer of Leonardo Awards attended by the President of the Republic.
