Rossignol collects the bottom Sandbridge Capital among its investors

The Rossignol Group started last year a new phase of development to boost growth opportunities around the strength of its core business. The production and marketing of equipment for winter sports record a particularly positive, and the Group is characterized by above-average performance of the market worldwide. The company intends to exploit this advantage with a bold new proposal clothing.
In this context,, the investor Sandbridge Capital acquires a minority position alongside the majority shareholder Altor (“Altor Fund III”), Scandinavian investors specializing in the field of outdoor clothing and textile, with valuable experience for the Group. The remaining shares are currently listed Weber Investments, Boix-Vives la famiglia (owner of the historic by Rossignol Group 1955 to the 2005) and the management team, including President Bruno Cercley.
Rossignol Group activities are developed around six major brands of winter sports: gli sci Rossignol e Dynastar, Look attacks, Lange ski boots, Kerma sticks and ice skates Risport. The Group, con sede a main Moirans, in France, generated nearly 230 million Euros in 2013 and employs about 1.200 people. A specific newly formed company, Rossignol Apparel Sas, will guide the development of the textile.
Sandbridge Capital, headquartered in New York and Los Angeles, invests exclusively in the retail and services. Created with the support of major players in the retail and fashion, Sandbridge Capital counts among its directors former CEO of Gucci Group, Domenico De Sole, the former CEO of Crocs, Ron Snyder and fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, part of investors through the Sandbridge Star Branding Group.
