When Florence in the seventies he met the radical design and the activities of groups such as Archizoom and Superstudio, design culture was strongly linked to the culture of architecture. Nowadays there are schools born and grew out of the Faculty of Architecture, devoted entirely to the design until the new ISIA Design Campus of the University of Florence. So what are the relationships between today's culture of architecture and design culture? How to develop research, communication, professional activity expanded in the scenario design? This will be discussed in the conference cycle "Lessons of design" exceptionally hosted in the house of architecture in Florence, the real house, Source and thanks to the collaboration with the Foundation Architects Florence. The appointment is for Tuesday 13 May from 17,30 and sees as guests Fiorella Bulegato, co-author of the book "The design of the Italian architects 1920-2000", Paul Deganello that was part of the group of Archizoom, from designer-architects who practice and teach in Florence as David Palterer and Franco Raggi and a new generation designers Angela Rui, who brings his experience from Milan.

"Lessons of design" is the series of meetings organized by the new association Selfhabitat Culture, by Ais Design and ISIA in collaboration with the Municipality of Florence and Contemporary Art Projects. This is the third edition edition 2014.
