It was going to be the week of preparation for this one XXVI edition of "Vienna on the Lake", event born in 1995, che unisce training, culture and solidarity. An event made unique and significant due to its consolidated partnership with Marina Militare that, over 20 years participates as a partner of the event with the students ofAccademia Navale di Livorno, engaged in various educational and cultural activities, in a path that aims to know and enhance the various historical excellences, cultural, scientific and military of our country. The last four editions have seen the presentation of the event, together with the official presentation of the Calendar of the Marina Militare, aboard the most beautiful sailing ship in the world: the School Ship "Amerigo Vespucci". The magic of a dream that will not come true for this edition. A forced "stop" for many events in our country, caught in the grip of a global pandemic that does not want to give up. Not just for the thirty or so rookies and their knights - the Aspiring Ensigns of the Navy, but for all young people who within this event can express their talent fromYouth Orchestra of the Liceo Artistico, Music and Choreutic "Felice Casorati" of Novara conducted by Maestro Dino Scalabrin, under the careful direction of the historical choreographer Ida Pezzotti and his staff, which made the entrance to the splendid Grand Gallery of the Savoy Royal Palace fairytale, to the team of the international stylist Carlo Pignatelli who for over ten years has been designing Debutante dresses with great skill and skill to the hair and make-up staff L’Estetica in Turin and the San Carlo School in Turin.
