The Music Foundation for Rome,,it,IMF Foundation,,en,present an unpublished exhibition,,it,Draw Sonor Objects,,it,Domitilla Dardi and Elisabetta Pisu,,it,DOS is an exclusive journey between objects,,it,installations and performances signed by great world authors who have made the sound element the fulcrum of their design research,,it,The figure of the user who is being re-thought is also being rethought,,it,coming out of the habit,,it,discovers a new relational modality with objects,,it,more active and multisensory,,it,On show the audio speakers signed by the great designers of the past and present,,it,Castiglioni,,en,Zanuso,,en,Starck,,en,and the first public presentation in Italy of the Kef Muon coffers by Ross Lovegrove,,it e la IMF Foundation presentano una mostra inedita: DOS – Disegnare Oggetti Sonori ovvero la prima esposizione internazionale incentrata sul rapporto tra design e suono, edited by Domitilla Dardi e Elisabetta Pisu.
DOS è un viaggio esclusivo tra oggetti, products, installazioni e performance firmato da grandi autori mondiali che hanno fatto dell’elemento sonoro il fulcro della loro ricerca progettuale.
Ad essere ripensata è anche la figura del fruitore che, uscendo dalla consuetudine, scopre una nuova modalità relazionale con gli oggetti, più attiva e multisensoriale.
In mostra i diffusori audio firmati dai grandi designer del passato e del presente: Castiglioni, Zanuso, Starck, e la prima presentazione pubblica in Italia delle casse Kef Muon di Ross Lovegrove; strumenti musicali innovativi e sperimentali come l’Airpiano di Omer Yosha; gli oggetti quotidiani quali il bollitore di Sapper per Alessi, e gli originali campanelli personalizzati di Munari e Mosconi riuniti nella mostra “Invece del campanello”; le installazioni artistiche di Ferreri, Quiet ensemble, Mischer’Traxler e le nuove proposte di giovani talenti internazionali che lavorano su suono, rumore e silenzio in maniera del tutto originale.
A completare la mostra un programma di attività collaterali che andrà ad arricchire il nucleo centrale espositivo: workshop, performance, laboratori didattici come il progetto “Colour Chaser” del sound designer giapponese Yuri Suzuki.
The event, free admission, interesserà tutti gli spazi dei foyer. Nelle stesse date presso lo spazio AuditoriumArte sarà presentata la mostra personale del sound artista svizzero Zimoun, a cura di Anna Cestelli Guidi.
