Versace apre ad Instabul

Versace apre a Istanbul a new boutique, the first in Turkey to express the concept designed by Donatella Versace in collaboration with the British architect Jamie Fobert.
Marble mosaics, brass and Perspex gives life to a luxurious and contemporary environment in which to present the collections Versace ready-to-wear and accessories for men and women.
The boutique features mosaic floors inspired by Byzantine churches of the ninth century, in contrast with the perspex walls and shelves that appear to float. The circular path of the mosaic floors picks up the movement of the walls. Brass is the protagonist of the metal parts and confirms the atmosphere of extreme luxury boutique.
"The new concept Versace is a great tribute to the Italian cultural heritage. With this project Jamie Fobert has created a space where the new-born spirit Versace. For me, the boutique is like a continuous dialogue between our past and our future, between me and Jamie Fobert and obviously between Versace and our customers, "says Donatella Versace.
