Quadrifoglio Srl, shirt company founded in Sansepolcro in 2017 by Alessandra Inghirami, already present in the high-end market segment with the Alex Ingh and Novecentoventi brands, was awarded the auction tenders for both brands "Blues" and “Webb & Scott co.”, formerly owned by Migor Spa, shirt company founded in Carpi (Modena) from the Gorgò family in 1931.
After 90 years in business, Migor Spa was involved in a liquidation arrangement procedure, having ceased operations following the difficulties encountered in the market due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Blusalina and Webb & Scott co. together constituted the 75% degli 800 total points of sale managed seasonally by Migor over the years 2019/20, with an annual turnover of over 4 millions of euro (2019).
In particular, the latest Migor feedback relating to the spring sales seasons / summer and autumn / winter 2020 they register forBlouse 300 multi-brand retail outlets, with a turnover of 2,5 million euros per year; forWebb & Scott Co. 290 multi-brand retail outlets, with a turnover of 1,6 million euros per year.
The two most important brands of Migor Spa were auctioned last July and awarded by Quadrifoglio. Alexingh and Novecentoventi, the brands already owned by the Sansepolcro company, are distributed over 200 multi-brand outlets with an estimated turnover for 2022 approximately 2 millions of euro.
The acquisitions of Blusalina and Webb & Scott Co. are aimed at a policy of accelerating company development aimed at offering shirting items on the market with avariety of wide range, from the sportwear segment to the formal one, dedicating a specific product and style DNA to each brand, with a view to a complementary offer in the panorama of quality men's shirts.
In particular, continuity will be given to thebrand identityby Webb & Scott co. enriching the offer of polo shirts, t shirt, mesh, trousers and accessories to build a complete proposal oftotal look. This brand will also be supported by an adequate marketing policy and a reconfirmed presence at Pitti Uomo.
