THE MIG GROUP ACQUIRES THE HISTORIC BRAND REXITE

TheMIG Group - Mezzalira Investment Group announces theacquisition of another historic brand, consolidating its growth path even more: it is the Milanese companyRexite, specializing in the production ofdesign furnishing accessories for the office and home. For more than forty years, the Cusago company is an important international point of reference in the creation of desk sets, accessories, Watches, coat hangers and modular systems, and over the years he has collaborated with realmasters of design the likes ofEnzo Mari, Bruno Munari, Julian Brown, Donato D’Urbino andPaolo Lomazzi, also obtaining numerous awards for their innovative creations, functional and strictlyMade in Italy. There are also several collaborations with theGensler studio in New York.
Rexite is a real excellence of Made in Italy, just like the other companies in the Group; its products, made in the Milanese factory in Cusago, in most -about 80% - are exported abroad, in particular inEurope, inMedio Oriente, inNord America andFar East.
After the acquisition of the Bolognese Mascagni Office, completed in December of 2020, and now for Rexite, theMIG Group has become the reference Italian player for home-office furniture. It is in fact the only oneindustrial center which boasts an offer capable of satisfyingevery furnishing need.
