The events unmissable to outside Taste 2025

Returns to Florence TASTE, Now in its eighteenth edition, The Pitti image hall dedicated to contemporary food staged from 8 to 10 February at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. Big numbers for this edition, over 700 companies of which approx 100 they are the realities that for the first time, after careful scouting, have been selected to be presented to the Taste community. There will be new exhibition areas to focus attention on new themes (the heroic wines), trends and new moments of consumption (breakfast). The path inside the Fortress will trace unpredictable food constellations and thanks to a special "Taste Horoscope", we will discover new gourmet zodiac signs.
As with every edition, this one also includes many events Fuori di Taste. Which ones will be the most famous and greedy? Here is our guide divided by days.

6 February

From 19 to 22 at Osteria Cipolla Rossa “AstroMenu! From 18 “Vinum Oleum. The contaminations and immersions of Pieve di Campoli” at the former Church of Santo Stefano al Ponte which will be transformed into an immersive experience dedicated to Pieve a Campoli, historic agricultural company’Diocesan Institute for the Support of the Clergy of Florence. Through video projection and a round table full of guests, it will be possible to discover the beauty of these places and the importance of’olio extravergine d’olivain local culture. From 20 to 23 MIXOLOGY GUEST BOB, Caffè Concerto Paszkowski hosts the talented bartender César Araujo, protagonist of the famous cocktail bar in Milan Bob. Thanks to the partnership with GinArte, the bartender will present three special signature drinks designed exclusively for the event. From 18:30 the premium vodka “Cabiria” by Marco Schiavo is the protagonist of Make Vodka Pennette Great Again, tasting organized at the Degusteria Italiana. A talk with the producers of the

The event organized by LYMPH, Special Company of the Marche Chamber of Commerce promoter of 31 food and wine realities that will take part in the XVII edition of Taste, it will be a tribute to the well-known composer from the Marche Gioacchino Rossini with an opera show and a dinner dedicated to him.
