Florence Cocktail Week returns to Florence from 20 to the 26 September. To precede the sixth edition of the event dedicated to quality mixed drinking, the third edition of Tuscany Cocktail Week, from 13 to the 19 September. Due le big news of the 2021 of the event organized by Paola Mencarelli. The book "I Signature Cocktail di Florence Cocktail Week. 5 years in 143 drink ”published by Giunti Editore and the first edition of Venice Cocktail Week, to be held in Venice from 13 to the 19 December 2021, with the logo signed by Piero Lissoni with Lissoni&Partners, thanks to the support of Aman Venice.

TUSCANY COCKTAIL WEEK: 13 – 19 September 2021
La terza edizione di Tuscany Cocktail Week takes place in the week preceding Florence Cocktail Week, from 13 to the 19 September in 70 Best Cocktail Bars of the 10 tuscany province. Like every year, the historic friend of Florence Cocktail Week Flavio Angiolillo will select the recipes of the 10 finalists who will compete for the Award “Best Signature Cocktail TCW21”.
FLORENCE COCKTAIL WEEK: 20 – 26 September 2021
The sixth edition of Florence Cocktail Week involves – in compliance with COVID regulations – 45 Florentine Cocktail Bar in the week from 20 to the 26 September. As in previous years, to make everything more understandable and immediate, durante la 7 Festival days the Florentine Cocktail Bars have been divided into Cocktail Bar, High Volume Bar e Bar d’Hotel. In each Cocktail Bar one Cocktail List FCW21 created ad hoc for the festival dedicated to Florentine mixology. The program is available on the website www.florencecocktailweek.it
Everything will start on Monday 20 September with the usual Opening Party and will end on Sunday 26 September with the Awards Ceremony.
Monday 20 September
The presentation of the book “I Signature Cocktails of Florence Cocktail Week. 5 years in 143 drink” Ed. Giunti Editore at the Loggia of Piazzale Michelangelo at 15:30, with the presence of Italian and international guests and friends of FCW who contributed to the book with their recipe dedicated to the event and to Florence. Following all’Hotel Calimala the’Opening Party FCW21 dedicated to mixing Tuscany, con i 13 Finalisti di Tuscany Cocktail Week 2020 and as special guests the Italian and international friends of FCW. All enlivened by the extraordinary participation of the best Florentine and Tuscan pizza interpreters. Giovanni Santarpia, Graziano Monograms, Stefano Canosci, Romualdo Rizzuti, Marco Manzi, Mario Cipriano, Tommaso Vatti, Pierluigi Police and Paolo Pannacci.
Sunday 26 September
At the end of theAwards Ceremony FCW21, during which the winning Bartenders and Cocktail Bars will be awarded in the various categories, including the "Best Signature Cocktail FCW21". Presents Spiridione Ripaldi, Artistic director and conductor of the main Italian formats related to Bartending and Mixology. As every year, a space will be dedicated to the "Young Talent" Award in collaboration with Antonia Lo Casto, Room-Bar teacher and trainer at IPSSEOA “Saffi” in Florence.
