Fiber Art a Roma

Return to Rome OFF LOOM, comprehensive anthology of the best of Italian artistic production FIBER ART, a scenario in which they move personality of international talent and artists said that for years have engaged in a specific search in the context of Art Contemporary Textile / Fiber Art.
34 artists on display, gli leaders, the pioneers of the revolution of textile art Italian in decades, and new players on the Fiber Art, middle and new generation, that express an artistic activity of international.
Each artist is represented by two works, a small size and a large, if not extra-large. This exhibition aims to be a proposal to a larger project that sees the Rome meeting center, connection of all realities and cultural districts operating in the great world of Fiber Art. The opening of a dialogue with the more homogeneous cultural districts, museums, Italian and international foundations that have made this segment artistic, This poetic textile heritage to preserve and spread.
